Your content

iPlay-Lists does not supply films, television channels, music or third-party subscriptions. You choose and add your playlists, files, servers and accounts. Only add, play, share or download content you own or are authorised to use. Metadata and artwork do not grant access to a media file.

Connected services and downloads

Third-party accounts, subscriptions, availability, permissions and quotas remain subject to their providers’ terms. Downloads are available only for compatible sources that permit them. Do not use the app to bypass access controls, territorial restrictions or copyright protections. Apple TV storage can be reclaimed by the system; keep the original files and do not treat local downloads or caches as a permanent backup.

Premium and Apple billing

Premium is offered through Apple in-app purchases: monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase, when available in your store. Apple supplies the actual price, currency and period and confirms them before payment. A free trial is shown only if Apple provides one and your account is eligible. At its end, the stated subscription price applies unless cancelled.

Renewal, lifetime and restoration

Manage or cancel automatic renewal in your Apple Account subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. Cancelling renewal preserves access through the paid period. A lifetime purchase is a single payment for iPlay-Lists Premium without automatic renewal; it does not include third-party subscriptions or cancel an existing subscription. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refund requests and billing are handled by Apple; verified revocation or expiration can end Premium access.

One Premium across Apple platforms

The same iPlay-Lists product identifiers are used on iOS, tvOS, macOS and visionOS. Your verified purchases are recognised with the same Apple Account in compatible app versions. Features vary by platform, operating system and installed version. Older published versions may require an update to recognise new offers. iCloud synchronisation does not replace Apple’s purchase verification.

Privacy and advertising

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional synchronization, connected services and website data handling. The free iPhone/iPad app can display advertising; Premium disables iPlay-Lists advertising in the app. The Apple TV app contains no iPlay-Lists advertising, including in its free version. Third-party streams can contain their own advertising; Premium does not remove advertising embedded by those sources.

Synchronization and device access

You choose whether to enable iCloud and optional external services. When iCloud is enabled, the connections/settings option is enabled by default and can be turned off separately. Compatible credentials may then be transferred from iPhone to Apple TV as described in the Privacy Policy. Protect access to your Apple account and paired devices. Some providers still require sign-in on each device. Synchronization, local downloads and caches do not replace your own backups, and uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription or revoke third-party access.

Availability and your rights

Availability depends on the network, your devices, operating system and connected providers. No continuous availability of a third-party source is promised. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Apple’s applicable app licence terms also apply to distribution through the App Store. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated date and communicated as required.
