By downloading, accessing, or using iPlay-Lists, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Application Features

iPlay-Lists allows users to import, manage, organize, and stream multimedia playlists and related media sources through a simple interface.

The app does not provide, host, or distribute content. Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to use inside the app.

2. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all playlists, media links, and any other content you import, add, synchronize, or access through the app.

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, including copyright infringement, unauthorized streaming, or distribution of illegal content.

3. Content Ownership

iPlay-Lists does not provide, index, curate, or host media or streaming content.

Any content used within the app must be legally obtained. We are not liable for misuse involving copyrighted or unauthorized material.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Premium features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases handled by Apple through StoreKit.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Billing, renewals, and payment processing are managed by Apple, and we do not have access to your payment details.

5. Advertising

In the free version of the app, advertisements may be displayed. Premium subscribers may benefit from an ad-free experience.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or its features at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law and platform rules.

Features may also change to comply with Apple policies, technical improvements, or legal requirements.

7. No Hosted Media Service

iPlay-Lists is a media management and playback interface. It is not a media hosting, redistribution, or content delivery service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iPlay-Lists is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for user-added content, third-party media sources, service interruptions, or damages arising from misuse of the app.

9. Compliance with Local Laws

You agree to use the app in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable in your country or region. Any illegal use of the app is strictly prohibited and remains solely your responsibility.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue access to the app or certain features where necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
